Susan has a diverse background in the human services sector, serving as a caregiver, supervisor and a program coordinator. She has supported clients and caregivers in assisted living homes and nursing homes , empowering them to live independently and actively participate in their communities.
Passion for Care
Susan’s journey in caregiving began when her own mother, who battled Cancer. Motivated by a deep-seated passion for helping others, Susan extended her care to her community , offering direct support to individuals in need and providing respite to family caregivers.
In 2023, following the completion of her MBA, Susan founded an agency to further her mission of supporting and improving the lives of those in need of care, ensuring they receive compassionate assistance and making a positive impact in their lives.
