SuBon Home Care Northern Virginia provides personalized, non-medical home care for older adults and other individuals who need support to live safely and comfortably. We serve families across Northern Virginia with care that respects each client’s routines, preferences, abilities, and goals.
Our purpose is simple: to help clients maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful connections while giving families dependable support. Whether a person needs companionship, help with personal routines, homemaking assistance, respite care, or extended-hour support, we develop a care plan around the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
SuBon Home Care grew from founder Susan Kaitesi’s personal and professional caregiving experiences. While attending college, Susan became the primary caregiver for her mother during her battle with breast cancer. Supporting her mother through that difficult time showed Susan how deeply families need practical help, compassion, encouragement, and people they can trust.
Susan later built a career supporting seniors and adults with disabilities. In roles that included residential supervisor, program coordinator, and house manager, she coordinated individualized support, guided caregiving teams, and advocated for people who needed dependable assistance.
These experiences shaped the values and person-centered approach behind SuBon Home Care.
Susan Kaitesi is the founder and owner of SuBon Home Care and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her leadership is shaped by her personal caregiving experience and grounded in service, responsibility, and respect for every person’s life story. Having experienced the responsibilities and emotional demands of caring for a loved one, Susan understands the importance of dependable support, compassionate care, and peace of mind for families.
She remains actively involved in building a care team that treats every client with kindness, professionalism, dignity, and respect. Susan’s caregiving experience, business leadership, community service, and commitment to helping others continue to guide SuBon Home Care’s mission of providing personalized support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families throughout Northern Virginia.
Compassion: We listen carefully and respond with patience, warmth, and understanding.
• Respect: We honor each client’s choices, privacy, culture, routines, and preferences.
• Dependability: We work to provide consistent support and clear communication families can rely on.
• Personalization: We shape care around the individual’s needs and goals instead of using a standard plan for everyone.
• Integrity: We communicate honestly and approach every relationship with professionalism and accountability.
Needs can change over time. SuBon Home Care works with clients and families to identify the right level of support and adjust the care plan when circumstances change. Depending on the client’s needs and service availability, support may include:
Respectful help with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and daily routines.
Conversation, social connection, engagement, and everyday encouragement.
Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and support with household routines.
Temporary support that gives family caregivers time to rest or attend to other responsibilities.
Extended support for individuals who need a caregiver present in the home for longer periods.
Services are non-medical and are planned according to each client’s needs, preferences, schedule, and agreed care plan.
SuBon Home Care Northern Virginia supports families in communities across Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County, including Chantilly, Centreville, Fairfax, Herndon, Ashburn, Sterling, Manassas, Manassas Park, Gainesville, and nearby areas. Service availability may vary by location and requested schedule.

“I founded SuBon Home Care to create a place where clients are treated with dignity and families can find thoughtful, dependable support. It is an honor to serve each family with kindness, respect, and care that reflects what matters most to them.”
