At the heart of it all is Susan Kaitesi—an experienced leader in healthcare, community advocacy, and caregiver development. Her vision: to make compassionate, in-home care accessible and meaningful for every client across Northern Virginia.
A Foundation in Service & Education
Susan holds an MBA from Murray State University, where SuBon Home Care began as part of a community development project. She also studied at the National University of Rwanda, where she led initiatives to empower young women through education and mentorship.
