SuBon Home Care was founded by Susan Kaitesi, whose personal and professional caregiving experiences inspired her commitment to providing compassionate, dependable, and personalized home care in Northern Virginia.
While attending college, Susan became the primary caregiver for her mother during her battle with breast cancer. This experience gave her firsthand insight into the emotional and practical challenges families face when caring for a loved one. It also shaped her understanding of the importance of compassion, patience, dignity, and trustworthy support during difficult times.
Susan later gained professional experience supporting seniors and adults with disabilities, strengthening her understanding of person-centered care and the importance of respecting each individual's abilities, preferences, and daily routines.
These experiences became the foundation of SuBon Home Care, shaping an agency dedicated to providing non-medical home care services that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life in the comfort of home.

Susan Kaitesi, Founder and Agency Administrator of SuBon Home Care, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Her leadership combines personal caregiving experience, professional knowledge, business education, and a commitment to providing quality home care services in Northern Virginia.
With professional experience supporting seniors and adults with disabilities, Susan understands the importance of person-centered home care, dependable caregivers, and building trusting relationships with clients and families.
