• Certified as a CNA, HHA, or PCA (or a willingness to complete training).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• A clean background check and a heart-led attitude.
• Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) with dignity.

• Variety of Shifts: Choose from 4-, 8-, or 12-hour shifts.
• Live-In or 24-Hour Options: For those looking for consistent, high-impact hours.
• Close-to-Home Assignments: We work hard to keep your commute short by matching you with clients in your immediate Northern Virginia neighborhood.
